Debra has been an instructor and former program coordinator in Movement Studies at CWU since the mid 90s. She will talk to us about 5 pillars of Life Domains and how we can restore wellness into our lives

Moving in the morning replaces the need for caffein, and the energy you produce will carry you through out the day. Afterward, let’s head over just a block away to the Saturday Market to shop, browse, and or have a taco for breakfast!

The Studio Director Sara Bachman-Rhode will lead us through a Creative Dance class. Bring your camera – you would want to film your newly learned skill to show off to your friends and families.

Who is this for?
All adults over 50 years old who can attend in-person events and are able to wear a mask during activities.
What do I get?
At a minimum, one lecture-type session about wellness, one Essentrics class, one dance class, two group walkings, one social tea event, and a bonus movement class. What’s best of all? You may make new friends!
Where and when?
The first meeting is at the dance studio called The Studio by EDE on Main Street on October 4th, Monday at 11am. Daily events are at 11am most of the days.

I also reserve a right to respectfully ask a participant to leave (and escort a participant to leave if needed) when I observe any cold/flu/covid-19 like symptoms in a participant.
Participant’s safety is the highest priority
Masks/face covering will be required at all activities, including during movement classes.
